Rebecca and Fiona have been running courses together since the 90’s where they created Dancing Inside Out, offering courses of varying lengths in the U.K & Spain. www.daninginginsideout.com

They have a warm, fun, deep approach to their facilitation allowing the participants to feel safe as they explore their inner world. They are passionate about helping people to express themselves through the creative processes in a eclectic manner using a blend of movement, embodiment, art, writing, meditation, self inquiry & sharing.

The freeing up of energy, flow, insights and the connection with innate body wisdom allows for transformation. Often people come away surprised & delighted about their abundant creativity which gives them a greater sense of well being.

'I learnt to trust and respect what the body and imagination had to tell me as we were skilfully and gently guided from one exercise to another. The different activities enabled the group members to trust each other and to feel closer. I always left the sessions having had fun, and with a feeling of knowing myself and others a little better.'
