This week will be suitable for Yogis of all levels wishing to deepen their practice, as well as beginners, looking for a real taste of what this timeless science can offer them. It is usual to shed many layers of tension during a week like this; leaving us energised and with enthusiasm to generate changes in every area of life.
There will be classes and workshops exploring traditional Hatha, Pure yoga and Yin style posture work, developing strength, stamina and peace; with an invitation to absorb some of the ancient wisdom that is the foundation of the practice and has the potential to enrich it so profoundly.
We will take a deep dive into the chakra system. What are these mysterious wheels of light within us? We will learn how to recognise energetic imbalances and explore tools to harmonise them; so you can live the rainbow that you are here to be.
Asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing) practices draw our attention deeply inside, clearing energy pathways and enabling space for dharana (concentration), dhyana (meditation) and samadhi (enlightenment) to unfold naturally, in due course.
