Experience a week of peace, happiness and joy. Using gentle flowing movement, mantra and breath-work, classical hatha yoga releases knots and held patterns; creating space so that energy can move more effectively. In this way vitality, well-being and a deep sense of peace arise. This retreat will include an evening of chanting and also some laughter yoga.
Flights are cheaper now, the full heat of summer has eased but there is still lots of lovely warm, sunny weather; a great way to prepare for the Winter.
