Leah Barnett

Leah Barnett

Leah trained with a variety of Indian teachers, as well as in alternative approaches to movement and body awarenesss (Feldenkrais and Chi Gung.).She has been teaching yoga since 2003 and now also trains other teachers in "Yoga for M.E., Stress and Burnout." She was previously a human rights lawyer.

Fiona Agombar

Fiona Agombar

Fiona Agombar is an author and yoga therapist in the Viniyoga Tradition. She is accredited as an advanced teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY). She specialises in teaching yoga for health conditions including, Burnout, stress and long-Covid. In March 2021 she contributed to the British Council of Yoga Therapy on guidelines for teaching those with long-Covid. She is the author of Beat Fatigue with Yoga (Cherry Red Books) and Yoga Therapy for Stress, Burnout and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (Singing Dragon), of which Leah Barnett was a contributing Editor. Fiona is currently co-writing a book on Long Covid for the publisher Singing Dragon.
