Facilitator and author Diane Samuels invites you to become one with the life-enhancing energy of Nature, embodying the elements: earth, water, fire and air. Each session combines simple meditation, breathing and visualisation with a range of writing practices, sometimes indoors, sometimes outdoors. There will be solo time to tune in quietly and group time to support and share with one another. Activities include free-flow, stream of consciousness, diving deeply into words, writing not just from head and mind but in tune your entire body and being, part of the world all around.
Whether you want to break through writing blocks, enhance your own regular practice or tap into the pleasures of writing alongside others, all levels of experience are welcome.
