These holidays offer not only a wide range of activities, but also the freedom to be flexible with how much you choose to ‘do’ and when. In fact, we find that what most people want and need is less ‘doing’ and more ‘being’ – hence our Being Here weeks are very popular. You may wish to join in with Yoga, Tai Chi, dance, and singing – or not! You may wish to go for a mountain walk, or have a swim, or sleep in the shade of an ancient olive, or take some space in the meditation room. Then again, you may just feel like doing nothing.
These holidays offer an opportunity to leave the stress behind and reconnect with your vibrant, natural, easy-going self. Meeting other like-minded people and sharing the beautiful gardens, the group sessions, the lovely food and the swimming pool is an important part of these holidays, and often results in lasting friendships.
