When we translate our experience into writing, it can make sense of our lives, reconnect us with our deepest selves and effect lasting transformation. In a rich and inspiring exploration using journals, fragments, memoirs, poems, stories, we will retrieve and share memories, encourage creative thinking, celebrate our epiphanies and invite in a more radiant future. As the poet Rumi put it: "Climb out on the roof if you want more light. If you don’t want to live depressed any longer, move into the sun; the sun!"

People Say…

"Rosie well & truly fulfilled the course outline and gave us the best foundation for writing our memoirs. We started with seemingly simple, manageable exercises that made it all seem possible; then gradually worked towards more challenging pieces that could eventually become part of our intended book. I was impressed with Rosies presence and presentation, her professionalism, honesty, kindness, discipline, wisdom and encouragement. All these qualities brought out the best from me and I would love to attend other workshops led by her in the future. "
