Julian has vast experience as psychotherapist and executive coach; holds a black-belt in Aikido; and is a long-term student of a Vajrayana Buddhist Master. He combines the best the best of Western with Eastern traditions, integrating body, mind, emotions and spirit.
I have been on my own path of personal exploration for forty years and leading others on theirs since the 1980s. I have been helping people with their ‘Life-Calling’ for twenty years and have been an executive coach since 1992 working on several continents with global organisations. I am co-author, with Robert Dilts and Anne Deering, of the book “Alpha Leadership – Tools for Business Leaders Who Want More Out of Life” (Wiley and Co, 2002) amongst other works. I am on the faculty of the New Vision China Coaching Programme with Robert Dilts, Steve Gilligan and Jeff Zeig. I am a regular speaker at the annual NLP Conference and at Alternatives, St James’ Piccadilly. I have taught at the Academy of Executive Coaching and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development(CIPD). I have been a UKCP registered psychotherapist, a trustee of Re-Vision, a Psychosynthesis training charity; and a board member of the UK Association for NLP (ANLP). In the 1980’s I trained in Humanistic therapy, Transpersonal Psychology and NLP. I was a UKCP registered psychotherapist, hold a 2nd dan black-belt in Aikido, and practise 5 Rhythms. I am a long-term close student of the Buddhist Master His Holiness Shenphen Dawa Rinpoche and first studied Taoism and Buddhism with Master Liu Hsiu Chi when I was 18.
