Ursula Barbieri

Ursula has been on a Self-realization journey for more than 25 years, exploring and practicing different traditions of energy healing, metaphysics, shamanism and yoga.

Ursula’s training, research and practice include Core, Inka and Reclaiming shamanism, Awakening the Light body, Spiritual Response Therapy and Life Alignment Energy Healing, together with Advaita Vedanta, Kriya and Tantra Yoga.
Ursula is passionate about sharing the experiential knowledge she acquired to facilitate natural well-being, Self-awareness and creative Self-expression.

Ursula is affiliated to the Life Alignment International Community and is a qualified Life Alignment practitioner and teacher.

Ursula shares free resources through her blog and audio-recorded meditations and runs events, classes and retreats, as well as assisting people one-to-one in the areas of personal healing, space clearing and purpose alignment.

Ursula lives in Cheltenham, UK and works both in person and online.
