Antoinette Lorraine

I was catapulted into teaching dance for personal development after my own transformational ‘awakening’ changed my life when I first danced in 1990..I have trained in many specialisms of Biodanza and am committed to it as a social action/clinical methodology, organising events for children, teenagers, families and in business settings.

My own personal experience showed me that dance which comes through me is a powerful tool for transformation, which I am passionate to share with everyone.
