Katherine Baldwin

Katherine has been on her own personal development journey for 17 years, during which time she has recovered from an eating disorder, learned to love herself and changed self-sabotaging relationship patterns that kept her single for many years. She is now in a healthy and loving partnership and recently got married. Katherine is known for her authenticity and vulnerability. She shares from the heart about her own struggles, creating a healing environment that encourages group honesty and facilitates self-awareness.

Katherine coaches one-to-one and hosts group retreats and workshops on love, self-love, relationships and creating a fulfilling life. She has received wonderful feedback, including the following reviews of her ‘How to Fall in Love’ retreats and her coaching:

- Katherine is a wise and intuitive guide - Sharon

Katherine has written about self-love, dating and relationships for the national media, including Psychologies magazine, Red magazine, the Telegraph, and the Daily Mail. She has also appeared on Woman’s Hour, Newsnight and has spoken on various stages, including the Southbank’s Women of the World Festival.

Katherine’s book has been featured in Psychologies and other media and was described by Psychologies editor Suzy Walker as a wonderful handbook on relationships, which requires you to be brave, dig deep and face your fears about falling in love.

Katherine has a Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy Skills from the Westminster Pastoral Foundation and has been in recovery from addictive and compulsive behaviours for 17 years.

Previously, Katherine worked as an international correspondent for the news agencies Reuters and Bloomberg, travelling with prime ministers and reporting from the Houses of Parliament. She eventually burnt out, broke down and understood that her passions lay elsewhere - in writing and speaking openly about her personal struggles and relationship challenges, and in helping others form healthy and loving relationships with themselves so that they can create lives that they love and fall in love.
