Tina Lehmbeck
Tina trained in massage and deep bodywork at the Esalen Institute in California and as a Feldenkrais practitioner in the UK and Italy. She teaches in the UK and abroad, believing that everyone has the potential to move more easily and freely, whatever their starting point.
Tina says: ‘I came to Feldenkrais more than 20 years ago as part of my bodywork training, and was amazed at how such seemingly small movements could induce such profound changes. The science made sense too - the method really fit with my background in biopsychology. The attention to what is easy, and building on that, has been a great life lesson for me. CR is such a wonderful place to be able to focus on this work and its many benefits – everyone can get something from it. I’m thrilled to be able to share it here.’
