Dilys Morgan Scott
Dilys is a dancer, an artist, a poet and facilitator, who has been sharing Gabrielle Roth's Five Rhythms work and inspiring people since the late 1980s. She weaves together the many strands of her life, which include art, rhythm, communication, humour, theatre, music and heart, all brought together with a lightness of spirit, and a touch of humour, in the dance.
She has been teaching 5 Rhythms classes, weekend workshops and longer intensives throughout England and Europe since 1989. She is also a Circle Dance teacher and a Border Morris dancer, based in Devon. These two different types of dance act as "bookends" and bring more colour to her 5 Rhythms work; the light and dark, inner and outer, meditation and performance.
