We all carry stories in our heads about who we are and where we come from. We use these stories to make sense of our lives and our place in the world. Some are useful to us, some hold us back.
By understanding these life experiences we can start to move on from old patterns, from negative thinking, from guilt and shame. We can learn to be more accepting and self-compassionate, to make peace with the past, to feel good about ourselves, and to find the courage to make changes.
