Movement For Life offers a safe, gentle, and all-natural method for healing chronic physical pain at its root source, your nervous system. Blocked energy, trapped emotions, and limiting beliefs also release as you learn to leverage your body’s innate ability to heal itself.
You will be guided through a series of slow, gentle movements to build your body awareness. Using cutting-edge Neuroplasticity principals, you will begin to retrain your brain-muscle-emotion connections to unlearn old limiting habits and relearn new, more youthful and pleasurable patterns of movement (with the same sensory-motor process you originally used when you learned to crawl, walk and ride a bike.)
As you experience more mobility in your feet, ankles, pelvis, and neck, you release unconscious holding in your low back and shoulders. This relieves anxiety, worry, and fears and allows your nervous system to increase a sense of overall calm and wellbeing.
