Part of you wants to take time to relax, practice yoga and meditate. Another part wants to play, express yourself and have fun. Worry not - this holiday brings these two elements together in a juicy, holistic sandwich of yin and yang. Each day we energise, recharge and nurture ourselves through the practice of mindful hatha yoga, taking this newfound energy to explore our playfulness and self-expression.
Methods include dance and rhythm, humour and clowning, massage, mime and perhaps painting and poetry. They are brought together in a hearty soup of active meditation and celebration, emphasising participation rather than performance. Fancy a go?
