Redstarts appear only on migration. Dartford and Melodius Warblers. Great, Blue, Long-tailed, Marsh and Coal Tits. Crested Tits and Short toed Treecreepers are in the Pine Trees. A touch higher up you will see Tawny Pipits, Northern Wheatears and Rock Buntings.

Capileira to Sierra Nevada - Buzzards, Golden Eagles, Kestrels and Lesser Kestrels. Alpine Swifts, and occasionally Red Rumped Swallow. Thekla Larks with some Skylarks (only a few) . On the higher ground Tawny Pipits and possibly the Alpine
Accentor. Black Redstarts, Blue Rock Thrushes and Northern Wheatears. Sardian and Bonelli's Warbler are scarce. Firecrests are found in the Pines together with Spotted Flycatchers. Pied Flycatchers only on migration. Coal and Great Tits and Short toed Treecreepers are only found up to tree level. Red Billed Choughs, Jackdaws and Ravens are the only Crows to be found.
Linnets are founds above the tree level. Rock Buntings are scarce.

Trevélez - Grey Wagtails, Melodius Warblers, Sardinian Warblers, Bonelli's Warblers and Blackcaps. Golden Eagles, Ravens and Jackdaws. Those are the three main sights where you can find the above birds. However the calender of birds found in the region generally are as follows: All Year: Buzzard, Golden Eagle, Kestrel, Peregrine, Eagle Owl, Little Owl, Crested Lark, Thekla Lark, Crag Martin, Wren, Alpine Accentor, Robin, Black Redstart, Black Wheatear, Blue Rock Thrush, Dartford Warbler, Sardinian Warbler, Blackcap, Crested Tit, Blue Tit, Great Tit, Short-toed Treecreeper, Jay, Red-billed Chough, Jackdaw, Raven, Chaffinch, Serin, Citril Finch, Greenfinch, Linnet, Crossbill, Rock Bunting.
