Einstein’s definition of education was the "growth of wonderment" and this course aims to bring a sense of awe and wonder through a ‘soft-focus’ study of the natural world around CR. This interface with nature invites us to reflect more deeply on our relationship to the land and gain new perceptions, new insights and new inspiration.
A series of dynamic, thoroughly enjoyable excursions will open up our senses to receive nature’s gifts, bringing us inevitably closer to our own, true nature. A combination of naturalist activity, fieldcraft, arts interpretation, sensory awareness, poetry and traditional storytelling will feature in an enlivening week of discovery and delight. Walks in the countryside will never be the same again!
