John is Programme Director of Synthesise in Manchester. He is a highly experienced trainer and group facilitator who also works as a UKCP registered psychotherapist, supervisor and organisational mentor.

Louis is a MBACP registered psychotherapist, supervisor and an experienced workshop leader and group facilitator.
